Ive been trying to get this and many other Philips apps to work for 2 years now. Have done everything possible. Changed network configurations to no end. Configured PC settings, router settings, wireless setting, tried deferent iOS devices, downloaded TV firmware, tried older TV firmware, modem configurations, bought new routers and then some.
When I did get close, I continued to get device errors, wrong format errors, does not support device errors. Changed my PC settings, including sharing devices, mapping drives and folders, updated from Windows 7 to 10 operating systems.
Absolutely the worst support service. Ive spent over 40 hours trying to get this to work. If only 1 person gets this working, I sure would like to know who they are.
Dont wast your time unless you call Philips up and get them to promise to fix it or give you the TV for free.
What a joke from what was one of the best companies in the world at one time. Yes, they did invent the CD back in the 70s years before anyone knew what it was. Gone from best to last. What a shame.
